This company is one of those fly by night real estate agencies that doesn't really have any experience in real estate sales. I constantly was told by Sharon Davis that she really didn't know how some of the process worked and I could tell that she had no idea what she was doing. The worst part is that she is a very slow communicator - doesn't know how to operate txt messaging on her phone, email inbox is always overfull so you can't send her attachments, and doesn't respond to voice mails for long periods of time. Our house closing got delayed multiple times because she did not properly ensure that the lender had done the due diligence in the proper time. Working with this company has been the worst experience I have ever had with any company ever. Avoid at all cost!

My overall experience was GREAT! From the very beginning, Mrs. Davis listened to what I was looking for in a home. I did not want an existing home; important criteria to me was location, schools, sq ft, floorplan etc; and she never waivered from what I wanted. It didn't take long at all before she showed me exactly what I was looking for. Mrs. Davis on time for "EVERY" appt., which was so important to me due to my hectic schedule. At the home builder's contract signing, Mrs. Davis scrutinized the contract, and found builder discrepancies that allowed me to receive a number of upgrades at no additional cost. During the Design Ctr. process, Mrs. Davis actually attended that entire process with me. Lastly, Mrs. Davis had an emergency wisdom tooth extraction the day before my closing, but that didn't stop her! SHE STILL ATTENDED!!!!
