Josh was very accommodating and showed up to repair my steps on very short notice. He was professional and did a good job. I thought the price he quoted and charged me was EXCESSIVE, but I was in a jam due to a scheduled closing and I needed the repairs prior to closing. The job took him all of less than 30 minutes. I would use him again and recommend him, but definitely at the hourly rate I was charged for this job.
