Shawn is very knowledgeable in his field. He came over one weekend and very thoroughly pressure washed our entire deck in order to remove some heavier mold and some flaking paint. The next weekend he returned to sand down each board and make sure it was not "furry", worked on some boards that were a bit deteriorated by filling them and smoothing them out, and painted the deck with Sherwin William's Deckscapes paint. He was VERY attentive to detail and left no board untouched.
