+ -1 moreEverything went as per our contract and discussions. The contractor arrived at his stated time and performed all the work in a single day. Including the contractor there was a work crew of five individuals. My roof decking involved some extensive redecking due to some unexpected rot.
Description of Work: Provider re-roofed a small house -- about 900 square feet. The task involved removing the old shingles, replacing rotted decking portions, installing felt, installing drip edge, installing new shingles and hauling away the old roof debris.
