Horrible. Wish I could upload the photos are of the state our shower has been left in. We used them due to the wonderful reviews. Our experience did not mirror any positive reviews. They said they could install the door into our glass tile. After failed attempts and having to reach out to the owner in hopes of resolution, Bill said they do not often do this so they were very misleading about their ability/experience to perform the work. Spoke with the Bill on 11/17 to discuss concerns and I have yet to hear back from him after he said he would send a follow up email (I have texted and left a VM). Hunter is extremely unprofessional when he was at our house to try and fix the hinge that had come out of the wall due to using too small of screws that they had to put into the grout after cutting the tile because they were unable to install in the tile as they said they would be able to. If they are unwilling to address this and follow up I feel very sure their warranty will not be upheld as well. DO NOT USE unless you want a company that does not care about their customer. We are extremely disappointed in this company and Bill. Now our beautifully done shower has a crack in the tile and a hinge that I have absolutely no confidence in, and also is a bit of an eyesore as it looks horribly done.

Dakota Glass was easy to get a hold of. They were very responsive to my needs. They went out of their way to meet my needs. The installed shower door looks beautiful. I highly recommend them. Erin is wonderful to deal with.
