The company was not efficient in getting the first quote to us, but once the original quote was sent, they were very responsive to our questions and provided additional quotes as requested. Great company did a fabulous pool renovation for us. We have a 36' fiberglass pool with spa and spillway that was in need of updating. It was a complex job and many other pool companies wouldn't even quote it because they didn't want the risk of not getting it right. Daily View provided many color/stone/tile options and finished the job in about 3 weeks. When they ran into problems we were able to discuss potential solutions and agree on the bast way to resolve them - and the pool looks great! We went will all travertine stone with a darker bullnose travertine coping and small glass tiles on the inside edges. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Daily View Pools are rock stars. They took our vision and made our pool renovation absolutely beautiful. They work very hard, always show up early and leave late. The entire team of workers are the nicest people we have worked with in Charlotte. We already have a porch project for them in the near future, so absolutely, we will hire and recommend them. We did hire Daily View Pools. for the first meeting -Giovanni showed up with samples & brochures without us asking. very knowledgeable. overall wonderful experience The job is complete and it looks awesome. It is a family business -they were there everyday early and worked until 7 or 7:30, also worked Saturday to get the job done timely. We are thrilled with the travertine products they used -it has so enhanced our pool area! I would definitely recommend using Daily View Pools.

Project was an inground hot tub resurface and leak detection and repair. Stayed on quoted price and timetable. Quick turnaround. Crew hardworking and stayed on the job. Would recommended.

From the start they made me feel like they valued me as a customer. They were very responsive and quickly responded to all of our communications. While we thought we knew what we wanted to do for our remodeling the suggestion they provided proved to be much better than what we had been thinking. The crew was extremely hardworking and thorough and neat. It was so refreshing to work with them as they valued us as a customer and they checked during the project to make sure we were satisfied with the work.

They had a crew there EVERY day that it was possible with the weather. The work was done almost exactly as scheduled and that included working around Christmas, New Years, and a historically cold week.
