First, they are never finishing the home on time and promising to finish the remaining things after purchase. After that they are delaying to finish the rest of things and later start to ignoring the call. D.R.Horton warranty is same as very poor. Never listen to any one. Don't even ready to set up a call with sales person so you can convince, what was promised.

Mona was the ultimate professional and sincerely cared about our preferences. Even though we were not able to complete our purchase, her empathy for our situation was sincere.

THE OVERALL VALUE AND QUALITY OF THE HOME IS VERY GOOD. HOWEVER, THE EXPERIENCE WE HAD FROM THE FIRST PUNCH LIST ON WAS EXTREMELY POOR. WE HAVE ITEMS FROM THE ORIGINAL PUNCH LIST THAT WAS NEVER CORRECTED. IT TOOK NUMEROUS PHONE CALLS AND FINALLY A LETTER TO PROMPT CORRECTION OF IMPROPERLY STAINED BANISTERS AND A SEVERE WATER PROBLEM UNDER THE HOUSE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT CLOSING UNTIL PUNCH LIST ITEMS ARE COMPLETE AND ALL WARRANTY WORK COMPLETED TO YOUR SATISFACTION. OVERALL, THEY BUILT A GOOD HOUSE BUT GETTING REPAIRS COMPLETED IS A DIFFERENT STORY.

THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WAS VERY COURTEOUS BUT HESITANT. WE NEVER FELT 100% LIKE WE WERE GETTING ALL THE SERVICE AND INFORMATION WE COULD DURING CONSTRUCTION. THEY WERE VERY GOOD ABOUT SCHEDULING WALK THROUGHS, ETC. AND THE HOME WAS BEAUTIFUL. WE DID HAVE TO MOVE OUR CLOSING BACK DUE TO THE HOME NOT BEING FINISHED.
