After numerous calls from the builder, the plumber finally showed up on Sept 21, 2017. Supposedly they worked on the pipe going into the tank. In the process of working on the pipe, they broke both lids to the main tank and both riser tubes were damaged. One of the lids had a third to half of the lid missing. They also left the yard a mess. I found this all out when I arrived home from work that day. The builder had to call a septic company to come out and fix the riser tubes and replace the lids. After all this, I had the system checked and the incoming pipe is still going uphill and 3-1/2 inches of water is still standing in the pipe. I do not recommend this company.

PRICE LISTED IS FOR ONE HOUR OF WORK ($75) AND A 20% DISCOUNT FOR SENIORS. HE ARRIVED ON MONDAY AFTER THE FOURTH OF JULY AND DID NOT CHARGE EXTRA FOR A HOLIDAY. I WAS GOING TO GET RID OF MY OLD SINK, BUT HE SUGGESTED NOT TO DISCARD. HE SENT ANOTHER GUY TO PUT THE SINK IN, AND THIS GUY DIDN'T FIT THE SINK IN PROPERLY, AND IN TRYING TO GET THE SINK IN, HE HAMMERED AGAINST THE EDGE OF THE HOLE THAT THE SINK DROPS INTO AND MANAGE TO FORCE THE FORMICA BACK FROM THE EDGE AT ONE POINT AND MADE IT BUBBLE. I COMPLAINED ABOUT THAT, AND THE MAN WHO INITIALLY CAME, CAME BACK OUT TO FIX THE FAUCET AND I TOLD HIM THAT WASN'T THE ONLY PROBLEM AND I SHOWED HIM THE RAISED AREAS. HE SAID IT WASN'T THEIR FAULT. I CALLED THE OWNER. HE CAME OUT AND HE SAID THE SINK WASN'T PUT IN RIGHT. HE TOLD ME THAT THE GUY DIDN'T USE HIS HAMMER. HE FIXED THE SINK AND MADE IT LEVEL, BUT DIDN'T FIX THE SPOT. I'VE CALLED AND LEFT 3 MESSAGES AND THEY HAVEN'T CALLED BACK. IT'S BEEN A MONTH, THEY'VE NOT CALLED.
