He worked with our schedule, his own, and those of other contractors with great flexibility. His design ideas and analysis of alternatives were extremely valuable to us. We did not seek competing bids for this unique work, so cannot rate the price, but would be happy to ask for John's professional assistance again.
Description of Work: Remove fireplace, cap flue, build custom shelves, cupboards, flat TV niche. Install ceiling lighting & exhaust fans. Move toilet to accommodate new bath cabinet. Install bath cabinets, sinks, counter-tops. Build custom face for tile on bathtub. Install patio drain & related caulking, etc.

THE QUALITY IS EXCELLENT. HIS RATES ARE MORE THAN REASONABLE. I TRUST HIS JUDGMENT AND HIS WORK. WE NO LONGER EVEN THINK OF USING ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY WORK INVOLVING ADDITIONS, REPAIRS OR INSTALLATIONS. DOES GREAT WORK ON SCREENED PRORCHES AND KITCHEN REMODELING. HE IS A JACK OF ALL TRADES.
