Interior Painting
INTERIOR PAINTER CAME IN AND DID 1/3 OF THE PAINTING JOB AND THEN REQUESTED MORE MONEY TO FINISH, BUT NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH AND WOULDNT RETURN MY CALLS OR E-MAILS.
