+ -1 moreLonnie was able to help us understand more about the home building experience and allowed us to be a part of it from his perspective as well. He was friendly, patient, and very professional. For the peace of mind that he provided us through this process, knowing we had someone looking out for our best interests, we would have paid much more.
Description of Work: Foundation, framing, rough trade, insulation, electrical and final inspections of our new home being built. He answered questions and provided us with detailed, specific, and extremely useful reports including pictures and conditions on the specific days of the inspections.
