A little about myself. First things first, my name is Mike. I moved to the Charlotte area in 2012. My slogan is "Your Neighborhood Appliance Professional" for a reason. I want to establish a customer base on a first name basis. My experience in the appliance industry as has been with the big companies for the most part. I've been to both Chicago, IL, and Dallas, TX for appliance training for their respected companies. I have been married to my beautiful wife since 2011 and are expecting our first child in September. I want my customers to have confidence and trust when calling me for service. I will always service your appliance with honesty and do my best to cut out the simple costly service calls before coming out if it all possible. Nothing is worse than paying for something you could have fixed yourself. I have over 5 years experience servicing all makes and models of Washers, Dryers, Ranges, Refrigerators, Ice Makers, Microwaves, and Disposals. I am also Samsung certified.
