Description of Work: The man at the counter was not friendly and seemed to hate his job. The 2 shirts I brought in had ink stains on them, which I marked. He told me some ink stains don't come out, and that the cleaners always looked over the clothes for stains, so I didn't need to mark them. When I picked up the shirts, the stains were still there so I don't know if they couldn't get the ink stains out or if no one even noticed them. When I payed for them, I said the stains didn't come out, but I didn't get a response, so I just paid and left.
