With the coupon it was $209 just to spot clean the dress once. That does not include putting on a few beads I wanted them to or preserve the dress in a box. They said that putting it in the box would be another $100 and putting on a few beads would be $70. The cleaning removed most of the stains at the bottom but there were still stains left and the dress still looked dingy. I can't believe they made me pay that much. This is the most expensive I found in Charlotte and they didn't even do that good of a job. On top of that the guy at the store smelled so badly of cigarette smoke I had to tell him to step back and stop breathing on me. The store smelled like smoke. I wouldn't take anything there ever again. I was so upset I took my dress and paid what they made me pay and left. I have yet to hear back from a manager as I was told they would call me b/c I was dissatisfied.

"On October 18th, at the time of the dropp off, the cleaning price was given to Mrs. Forniotis (mother of the bride). Furthermore, the price of box and preservation was also discussed. There was no mention of any repairs at that time. We always disclose all prices before we start the cleaning of the gown. Our pictures show the condition of the gown prior to cleaning. After the cleaning we examine the stains carefully before its delivered. We are transparent with price and procedures. We apologize."

Problem # 1: On a very expensive and important large order, three of my items came back with the kind of wrinkles that ruin a garment's look, and which I could not remove on my own with a regular steam-iron. So, I returned them to do it again. The manager TRIED her best to be helpful, giving me a $75 credit which covered my entire order, and asking me to give them another chance. So, I used them two more times, and BOTH times one or more items came back to me wrinkled (or otherwise poorly done). Three strikes & you're out, folks! I didn't even bother to use the entire credit that I had with them, it was that ridiculous. Problem # 2: If that weren't bad enough, they were not ready with my order when they said they would be about 50% of the time, which is major trouble because it takes my entire lunch break and a few minutes extra to get there and back from work, and since their prices are above average for my part of town, that's not acceptable. Problem # 3: they keep bugging Angie's List's admin personnel to verify my bad review, as if I'll change my mind and upgrade them if they pester me enough. No! I am NOT going to give you a better grade, EVER, so stop asking me again and again! As a consequence, I have not used them for 2 years, and probably never will again.
