Description of Work: The last time I went there, I only did so because they gave me a $75 credit for the poor jobs they had done previously. Unfortunately, the subsequent work was just as poorly done, so that I did not even bother to use the full amount of credit I had there. It's just not worth the trip to the store. I would have preferred a refund!! I probably won't ever go there again.

Description of Work: they've cleaned and replaced buttons. Very reliable. A bit more costly than othres, but they are located in cotswald and don't damage your clothing with cleaning fluids or completey leave stains behind like other less costly dry cleaners. So, I will pay more to get the special care and service.

Description of Work: They tried to make my bad experience right by giving me an $80 credit (same cost of the work they had previously done poorly). So I gave them FOUR opportunities to do better on that credit, taking one or two items each time. And each time, they did a sub-par job. For a place which touts their reputation and charges as if they were wonderful, I expect high standards. Unfortunately, my expectations have never been met. I think I will not go back.
