They always have the clothes ready on the day and time scheduled. If something is wrong which is rare they will take the item back and clean it again. They do a nice job. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Cunningham cleaners is the most expensive dry cleaner I've ever used, but is worth every penny (and more). I brought some of my wife's clothing to them while I was searching around for a new dry cleaner in our new neighborhood and was shocked at the result. Her dirty clothing came back clean, her stained clothing came back without stains (mostly; there are a few old stains that nothing will get out), and - most impressively - her faded clothing came back looking like new. I've used 10s of dry cleaners in and Cunningham is the best.

Cunningham Cleaners did okay. I've used them twice now probably and I'd say every couple weeks or so. I don't know if they're exceptional but they're not bad either. They're friendly and they're courteous and that little aspect is just as great.

It's a family owned chain. They were one of the first to switch their chemicals to earth friendly ones, long before it was mandatory. They also led the way to creating a pool that dry cleaners in the state can pay small amounts into to assist with any chemical spills that may occur. They are very nice people and have no turnovers with their employees. They will remember you and have a nice drive up for drop off and pick up. They even, very quietly, do all the bedding for Room At The Inn for free.

It took about a month for the whole process. The time was not an issue, since the wedding was over and we didn't need the dress for anything. I haven't used their services for regular dry cleaning. We live in Lincoln County and Cunninham is located in the Cotswold area of Charlotte.

I look online for local reviews for dry cleaning wedding dresses and ended up choosing Cunningham Cleaners, even though they weren't close to us. Our daughter's dress had a lot of folds and beading and they did a prompt, professional, beautiful job. I can't remember exactly what I paid but it was comprable with other cleaners that I checked into.

Gave them relatively new designer sport coat for first time dry clean. Item came back missing one button from one sleeve, and another button from the other sleeve. What are the odds of this happening accidentally??? Million to one. Did they think I wouldn't notice? These buttons are difficult and expensive to replace. Looking for replacement, found one on eBay ($15)! Am really wondering what is going on here. In addition, the cleaning was a bit below average (poor pressing of garment). The folks that work there were nice enough, and that gave them more than the F grade they deserve. Stay away. Though conveniently located, I will never go back.
