I got this company's number from my neighbor who had his roof replaced and it looked great. I called Jimmy and he came out, inspected my roof, contacted my insurance company and two weeks later I had a beautiful new roof too. He took care of everything! I came home from work to a beautiful new roof and no mess. It was like they were never even here. Since doing my house I think Jimmy and his guys have done almost our whole neighborhood. He is a good Christian man whom you can trust. I continue to recommend him.

WARNING RENOVATION NIGHTMARE- YOUNG COUPLES FIRST HOME BEING RIPPED OFF BY CHARLOTTE TURN KEY CONTRACTORS, LLC- PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... Jimmy Delgado who actually is the owner but has it in his wife's name is the one who goes out giving customers estimates to do the jobs and is involved in everything. He assured us he is a Licensed General Contractor and Only uses workers who are licensed and qualified in their trade. Long story short.. He took $14,000 of our money - Is NOT a Licensed General Contractor - Did not use Licensed Electrician or Plumbers- Installed the wrong value insulation in the walls and also installed it backwards so the drywall and insulation had to be redone! The plumbing was done with the incorrect pipes and fittings and was not code, we had to hire another contractor to properly correct and fix all the errors! The electrical was done wrong and we had to hire yet again another contractor to properly correct and fix those errors! He incorrectly framed the bathroom and closet and then tried to cover it up. He did not install the exposed beam as requested correctly after repeated discussions and photos were given. The front door with side lights he installed is not level and does not close properly and is slanted! He Failed to provide all the supplies he guaranteed. We ended up having to go out and purchase majority of supplies that were in his quote for him to supply. He never supplied a dumpster for the renovations materials as it was also in his quote so we had to go get one. The kitchen ceilings had to be redone as his unlicensed electrician put can lights in wrong and cut holes all in ceiling and installed them incorrectly. He never writes anything down and all he is concerned about is how much money he is going to make. He will make things up and tack it on your bill without consent! He took 14,000 and did nothing close to that amount in work/materials. He will give you receipts with white out on them and other people's materials on them. He also brings materials from other jobs he is working on and charged us for that as well! He made up excuse after excuse on why things went wrong and constantly made changes without consent because "that is his recommendation". He will feed you lies and make promises he can't keep and doesn't have the slightest clue what he is doing! Beware of his acting skills. The list goes on and on! If you notice the one review he has on here that person has the same last name Delgado...Very Very Shabby Work!! BE CAREFUL...
