Cristiana Dores, and the lady who comes with her, both do the work, and they are super sweet people. They are very careful with what they do around the house, and nothing has ever been broken or gone out of place, and I believe nothing has ever been stolen. I just trust her completely. I have pets, and she works very well around them. She's sensitive to them - in fact she helped me get a little kitten from under the sofa one day. She is very flexible with her timings and appointments. We live in a fairly large house, and it has 35 windows. One year, in the autumn, we asked her if she would wash them for us, and she was only too happy to do it. She did a fantastic job and we paid her $180.
