I first purchased 1.5 hours of Carol's time to walk through my house and make recommendations for preparing the house for sale. At the end of the walk-through, I had a list of 37 things that I needed to do -- from updating my outside light to installing granite countertops in my kitchen.
Once I had made most of the changes Carol recommended, I then used her services to and quot;stageand quot; the house for sale. She and her crew actually brought in their own furniture (using some of mine) to decorate the house.
She must know what she's doing -- my house sold in 10 days -- for the asking price. I'm sure staging had a hand in the sale.
