It went great!

I called Chip first thing on a Monday morning. He called me back within the hour. After I explained what the problem I was having , chip gave me the choice of coming over about three hours later or within a couple of days. I choose the same day. Chip called to tell me he was on his way and arrived with in the time frame he had told me. He was thorough and very courteous!

They were very knowledgeable. They were very friendly. They looked beyond the immediate problem. I came out with a better solution than I thought I was going to get. I highly recommend them. I trust them. I have had good experiences with them. They have always solved my problem. It's because of Angie's List that I go there. I went online 2 years ago, and they were top rated. Creative Computers have stayed top rated. I have been there 3 or 4 times, and every time I go they have been a big help.

Mike from Creative Computing was professional and knowledgeable. After several visits between Creative Computing and Time Warner Cable, my wireless system works better than ever. There were a lot of interference and other issues including Time Warner Cable's problems. Creative Computing helped me sort out all the issues and now I have excellent wireless speed and strength. Mike also showed me how to monitor my speed and identified several causes of the interference at my house.

I called Bob that morning and explained the problem with my pc. I told him I received his name from Angie's List. He told me that he had a flat fee labor charge and did not charge for diagnostics. I took the pc in that afternoon and he said he would take a look at it later in the day. Bob called me late in the afternoon and said he found the problem and fixed it. The charge was $165 but he had a 20% off the flat fee labor price for Angie's List members. I picked up my computer, he carried it to my car and it has been working fine ever since.

They always give discounts. They are very nice, fast and very good.

My computer was not working at all. They explored the problem completely and were also very quick. They were extremely thorough. They were very patient with me while I asked lots of question. I was treated with respect and they were very professional. They got everything off the computer and put it back on. They did not rush me, and even carried by computer to the car. I am extremely impressed and extremely grateful. I have used several other computer services and they are by far the best.

We have a laptop that was running very slowly and not launching properly. We were afraid it was drowning in viruses and could not be saved. The great folks at Creative Computers checked every nook and cranny. Before they did anything, Bob called to discuss various options so we could decide what would work best for us and our budget. These are people who are honest and trustworthy and still believe in putting the customer first. They previously helped us with computers for our 2 college kids, a friend's college kid, 2 pre-owned pcs for our home, and have kept them all running smoothly for years.

I called about mid-day on a Monday to confirm they would have time to look at my computer that day. They gave me an hourly rate and an estimate of the cost to copy some files onto my external drive (depending on the size of the transfer). When I dropped off the computer and explained the situation, they said to give them half an hour to take a look. I ran some errands and returned. They didn't have anything definative on the PC problem, but had copied my files so I could take my hard drive and work using my laptop. They were good about explaining what they would be doing to diagnose, and when asked, indicated they would let me know something before the end of the day. Didn't hear anything that day or the next morning. When I called around 10:00 I was told it had been the power supply, which they had replaced. They said they hadn't called the night before because they were still scanning the drives. I was able to pick up the PC Tuesday morning and everything seems to be working fine. Although they charged about 300% of retail cost for the power supply, I assumed that included some of the labor charges, which were otherwise minimal. I would have appreciated more communication during the process.

I took my computer in and within 24 hours, Bob had it cleaned (of the Malware) and working properly. I was pleased that he was able to get it operating quickly and without loss of data. Bob called me during the process to keep me updated on his progress and to let me know when I could expect to pick it up.

Knew exactly what was wrong and what was needed. Made the repairs they promised on time. Good to work with them. Will call on them for other hardware issues as needed.

I would use them again in the future.

Great! They are sharp. My computer had some kind of Maleware that somehow got past my anitvirus software. The damage was so bad that we didn't think we would be able to salvage any of my information on the computer. This was very bad as I use this laptop for my business. They had my computer back to me the next day with all my info except ms word and quickbooks that I had disks for anyway. Awesome! They installed better software and made my common programs easier to use, now it works better than it did brand new. The guy at the counter said I could get more memory to make even faster. I am very pleased with the great service right around Christmas time, they will be my go-to computer guys from now on!

They were not very good about communication. They did not explain things in a right way and were not very sure what the problem was, however, they finally took care of the problem, so, I would have to say that I was satisfied with their work.

Our Dell laptop crashed, and as we are new to Charlotte, I went on Angie's list to find a reputable computer service and Creative Computers looked to match our needs. We took the computer to them and after a diagnosis they gave us several choices on what they could do and the charges involved. We made a decision and gave them the go ahead. As they were able to retrieve all the information off our old hard-drive (which was very important to us), they then proceeded to download all the information onto another used (but still in good order) computer, which we had provided. Bob, Operation Manager was very patient and took the time to explain what he had done and where he had put things on the computer. We came home, started the computer up and nothing happened. We called Bob up, who told us to bring the computer back. After several diagnosis, Creative Computer informed us that the hard-drive they put in, was too powerful for the computer they put it into, and without hesitation they offered us an upgraded computer they had in stock at no additional charge. We accepted their offer and next day we picked up the new computer and have been very happy with the results. We also got a follow up phone call from Bob to make sure everything was ok and we were happy with the computer. They were also very concerned that we were not upset over what had happened - we told them we weren't. Forget Geek Squad - Creative Computers' knowledge, personal service and understanding of problems was outstanding.

There were a lot of viruses in our computer, and we got it serviced in May of this year. They were excellent. They had kept it for several days until they were sure that the issues were resolved and that we didn’t have to buy a new computer. They were very friendly, helpful, and thorough.

Bob Habjanic did an outstanding job repairing and saving my computer and ALL the data. He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The repair time was good and for all he saved the cost was good.

They were quick to tell me what the problem was and what they would do about it. They went above and beyond with helping getting my computer in and out of my car and the programs they installed. They were extremely professional, polite, courteous and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone with computer problems. I am now a lifetime customer.

I dropped off the computer and John called the next day with his evaluation of needed repairs. I gave approval and he called two days later for pick up. He was very thorough in the explanation of his repairs and walked me thru all that he had done. He called several days later to see if my computer was working to my satisfaction. Clearly a man who takes pride in his business.

This was not an easy task, and Quicken was difficult to deal with. However Bob was patient and used several tricks to get around problems. He did not give up and called upon other experts in the office and out to help him get the job done. He was very thorough and made sure the machine was running properly before I left. He explained what he did in plain understandable language and answered all questions. He called a few days later to follow up and make sure all was well. The staff was personable, polite and considerate. It was clear that all the staff there puts the customer first and has, as a first priority, the person rather than anything else. These guys are a pleasure to deal with!

Steve from Creative Computers is the most patient man I have met in my life. He was professional and informative. I have had other people come out to fix my computer and none of them have been as thorough and courteous as Steve was. I am very satisfied with the work that was done. I have not had any problems with my computer since he came out. I will continue to use their service if needed.

Bob had a difficult time finding all the nooks and crannies where the virus was hidden but he was eventually able to get everything running the way it should. Creative Computer mainly contracts with doctor and dentist offices but also sells and services computers. They're great to work for and do an excellent job under stressful situations.
