Ross did a great job. He was on time for the appointment. He took his time explaining things. This job involve painting seat covers for my car And i'm very happy with the way it came out. I would definitely recommend Ross and creative colors for any future projects

This was a great experience. Price was right, showed up on time and work was exceptional. I had a small tear and a larger tear that needed replacing on my leather sectional couch. After the repair was finished, my father could not even find the spot that was repaired because it blended in so well.

The technician, Ross Elman, is fantastic and very gifted at repairing/sewing these very difficult splits without having to take the seats out and replacing covers (which is extremely expensive). After he finished, all of the seams that he sewed looked as new. We had a 3 inch tear in one of the backings and he was able to patch the split and then colored to match the color of the seats -- clearly exceeded our expectations.
We had used Ceative Colors several years ago on some other areas that had broken loose and they have held perfectly. The same technician (Ross) did that repair also.
The work was done at our house/dock and took a little over three hours.
Note: We had checked with several boat upholstery shops and they indicated that the seats could not be repaired without taking the seats out of the boat and then taking the covers off to be sewed.
