I called Jay yesterday about getting my water heater changed out, and he told me that if I bought a system either Lowes or Home Depot, that both would be made by Rheem. He told me I should call and ask them, then he would go pick it up and install it.
He has 18 years of experience, and is such an honest and nice guy! He's always available when I call, which is also awesome.
I really really trust him.
