 + -1 moreDane was very responsive and did a fantastic job with 12 year old carpet. He was very honest with what he could and couldn't do. The carpet not only looks cleaner, but you also notice more cushion as you walk on it. I'd recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: I called courteous carpet care to clean the carpet in my new house. It was a short sale purchase, and the carpets were not in the best of shape.

 + -1 moreHe returned my call within an hour and set up a time very soon on my schedule. He did a very professional job. Made every attempt to remove several ink stains in our artsy-fartsy daughter's room which we are pleased with. He is very courteous and a very likable guy.
Description of Work: This is the 2nd time he has cleaned our carpets. Dane Rabb cleaned all the areas in the house we specified using the steam cleaning method, which included 4 bedrooms, office, large hallway, staircase, living room, den and dining room. We chose not to have him move any furniture.

 + -1 moreDane got out stains that others have said wouldnt come out! He re-dyed a small bleach spot on one carpet and the spot has completely disappeared. Dane arrived on time and completed his job within two hours. Dane is the owner and right now does his own work. His work is excellent. I hope to have him back when the carpets need cleaning again.
