Dane was very responsive and did a fantastic job with 12 year old carpet. He was very honest with what he could and couldn't do. The carpet not only looks cleaner, but you also notice more cushion as you walk on it. I'd recommend them to anyone.

He returned my call within an hour and set up a time very soon on my schedule. He did a very professional job. Made every attempt to remove several ink stains in our artsy-fartsy daughter's room which we are pleased with. He is very courteous and a very likable guy.

Dane got out stains that others have said wouldnt come out! He re-dyed a small bleach spot on one carpet and the spot has completely disappeared. Dane arrived on time and completed his job within two hours. Dane is the owner and right now does his own work. His work is excellent. I hope to have him back when the carpets need cleaning again.
