RICHARD AND HIS TEAM PROVIDED EXCELLENT PERSONALIZED SERVICE AT VERY COMPETITIVE RATES AND FEES. THEY WERE EXTREMELY FAST AND RELIABLE. I LIKED THAT ALL THE WORK WAS IN-HOUSE. THERE WAS NO OUT-OF-TOWN DATA PROCESSING WAREHOUSE OR INTERNET DRIVEN TRANSACTION. IT'S NICE TO HAVE A MORTGAGE LENDER YOU FEEL YOU CAN TRUST. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
