Home Inspection
We used Max for a full home inspection when we first moved to Charlotte 3 1/2 years ago. His report, which included extensive photos, was extremely thorough and uncovered numerous areas which had to be dealt with by the homeowner prior to our purchase. Since then, we have brought him back from time to time to assist us with various issues. Recently, we had him inspect a deteriorating railroad-tie wall dividing our property from our neighbors and which we have been pressing our neighbors to replace (it's actually on their property).. His report was used by us as the basis for filing a complaint with our HOA, which finally took action. Yesterday, he was here to evaluate the condition of our masonite siding prior to an exterior painting. This gentlemen is thorough and professional. You can't do better.

Home Inspection
Great experience! Bret (Max's son) performed the inspection. On time, explained everything as he inspected the house, fixed small problems (i.e. loose electrical outlet covers), and gave recommendations to issues that he found. Also offered to re-inspect after repairs were complete (additional fee). Also did a termite inspection. I would use them again.

THEY WERE PROMPT, EFFICIENT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL. OUR REPORT WAS DELIVERED ELECTRONICALLY WITHIN 24 HOURS AND HARD COPY THE FOLLOWING DAY. THEY ANSWERED ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS, SHOWED US WERE THE MAJOR MECHANICALS WERE AND HOW THEY WORKED. THEY EVEN TOOK CARE OF THE FLOORING BY WEARING SHOE COVERS.
