Great. They fit me in same day even though they were swamped. Luckily someone cancelled I assume. Andre the technician was great. Very responsive and polite. A friend recommended them. And inducer and exhaust motor had gone out.

He was excellent. He did an outstanding job. He had financing, which was fantastic. They inspect it every 6 months.

Great. No repair work or parts needed. Just a thorough maintenance and cleaning.

Had Morris Jenkins come out as well for ~$100 to corroborate the issue and the wanted DOUBLE to perform the same repair; comparable equipment, twice the cost.. Cool Breeze HVAC provided service for an air conditioning fan motor that had stopped working. Three weeks earlier, the fan had also stopped. The problem were ants that had built a nest and shorted out the contacts. The part was under warranty and the only cost was  the service charge. He suggested I keep spray and insect pellets to ward off the ants. Then August 9th, The fan stopped again. Found out it was the same problem. Andre S. did the service. He cleaned the contacts and put insect pellets to help kill the ants. There was no service charge as it was so soon from the last visit. This time the relay switch was not damaged.



Andre S. has always been courteous with his visits. He has always shown up in a timely manner.  I would recommend his service any time.

Andre called before he got here to give me his ETA. He arrived on time and did a professional job as he always does. He completed in the amount of time expected, cost was exactly the same as the estimate, he processed my payment, and I had the remainder of my day free... SWEET!!!

The service was fast.  I called Cool Breeze HVAC Monday and was serviced first thing on Tuesday morning. The technician was very courteous.  He did not waste any time and gave me suggestions on how to prevent the infestation in the future. I would highly recommend this company again.
