Got an appointment within a couple of days. Person on the phone was very nice as was the tech who did the work. Part had to be ordered so the stove was not functional for over a week. My only complaint is that they do not take credit cards and did not tell me that. The tech said that they would send a bill in the mail. But still you cannot pay by credit card even if you call the office.

The technician repaired a dryer that was under warranty, and other repair companies had refused to work on. The technician was approx 1 hr late, but I honestly didn't care because he was still willing to complete the job on New Years Eve night, and after another company refused to work on my dryer. The tech took approximately 1 hr to fix the dryer, and then it was as good as new! The tech was very professional.
