Appliance Repair
I told the gentleman exactly what was wrong and made an appointment. He showed up without the part needed and then it took several weeks for him to come back and fix the dishwasher. He was here for about 15 minutes total and was not very responsive when asked any questions. The part was about $10.00 and the service was average at best.

Consumer Appliance Service did a great job repairing our above-stove microwave oven. The office staff scheduled the initial and (since a part had to be ordered) follow-up visit; they communicated terms and policies well and kept me informed re: arrival of tech and status of part order. As an electrical engineer I was impressed with how the tech carefully and expertly diagnosed the problem. The tech also exercised care in uninstalling/reinstalling the oven during replacement of the faulty part. Finally, the charge for the repair was very reasonable, in my opinion.

THE COMPANY PROMPTLY CAME OUT AND INSTALLED A NEW HEATING COIL. THE PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
