I actually helped Paul clean up the ink mess, because I want to keep the cost as low as possible and wanted to make sure the dripping ink didn't stain the carpet.  I think he actually gave me a break on the cost because I helped.  He was very knowledgeable about the inner workings, diagnosing the problem correctly, even as I was afraid it was doomed.  Even though he had a used printer for sale and would have made more money selling it, he gave the repair his best effort and successfully repaired the old machine good as new.  This proves to me that Paul Regeis is a man of integrity. He was very careful with the ink which was dripping from the equipment, leaving no trace of mess.  I couldn't have asked for better service or a nicer man.  I would absolutely call him again.

Paul quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed power supply, and he had a new one installed the same day. Quick, convenient, and professional service. The next time we need something done with one of the four computers we use for our business and at home, Computers 2000 is who we will contact.

Excellent, from beginning to end. Chip was knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, not pushy, and certainly not condescending in the least bit. He was prompt and efficient. I have no reservations about recommending him to anyone.

My laptop would not even boot up. Looked on Angie's List for a recommendation of a computer repair close to home. Saw Computers 2000 was just around the corner and called. I talked to Paul and he told me to come on over giving me directions. I gave him my laptop and within day's it was up and going again. Turned out the issue was the memory. He replaced the memory and then had to totally reload the data. My laptop runs faster now than it did before and I hardly lost anything. I've talked to Paul a few times since he has fixed my computer and plan on utilizing his services in the future.
