This was the most pleasant experience I have ever had with regard to repair of any item and the price was most fair. Buddy is a very affable person and obviously very knowledgeable with regard to computers; he kept me posted and clearly explained everything he had done and he made a back up copy for me. I feel like I have a new computer!
