Comfort Doctors Heating & Cooling Inc

Mercifully, we still had our place in Myrtle Beach, and were able to stay a few extra weeks at our old house before our big move, while the Charlotte house that the Comfort Doctor had long forgotten roasted in the July heat. Every phone call I made went unanswered, every plea ignored. It was finally after the third week that the receptionist finally made an appointment for us to be seen by the Comfort Doctor technicians. My wife and I drove the 4 hours from Myrtle Beach to Charlotte to ensure we would be there for the appointment. And, wouldn't you believe it, no one showed up. 

The receptionist apologized time and time again for the "inconvenience", but offered no real action. In my frustration I asked to speak to the manager, but no one from the Comfort Doctor ever bothered to remedy our home issue. While the technician that had come initially seemed very capable and nice, the Comfort Doctor as a whole proved to be entirely unsympathetic to my family's broken air conditioning.
