HE DOESNT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS - HE TOOK A VERY LONG TIME (SIX WEEKS) TO TELL US HE COULDNT DO ANYTHING FOR US. I NEVER ACTUALLY MET HIM BECAUSE HE NEVER SET AN APPOINTMENT TO MEET US.
