Description of Work: Extension of Sprinkler System. We had no idea where the system pipes ran and needed to cover a new area. Fred determined where the pipes were, discussed with me what options we had to provide proper coverage of our in-ground sprinkler system. He purchased parts , rent a trench, installed the heads, and connected to the existing system.

+ -1 moreWe had several fans needing installation. They were setup promptly and tested before he left. Emergency call on a dishwasher unit that was leaking , he promptly came out and inspected the unit on a Sunday. Got the parts the following day and the next evening we had a working dishwasher unit. Another Emergency call, our sprinkler system must have frozen over the winter and developed a crack in the plastic, we had inches of water on the floor. He explained what was the issue, promptly got the parts and repaired the unit.
Description of Work: There were several projects I used CPR for. 1. Installation of ceiling fans. 2. Repaired leaking dishwasher 3. Repaired damage Pipes located in the wall connecting to Sprinkler system
