Perfect, quality work.

This week the desk was delivered to my house. When it arrived I could not believe this was the same desk I sent to them. The desk is fantastic, it is beyond anything I anticipated. This refinished desk looks like it just came off a showroom floor. I am extremely pleased with the work they did. Every time I look at this desk I am amazed with its beauty. This is a fairly large desk. The price was $440.00 which included pickup and delivery.

What a great job - Dough worked with me to find teh correct finish, was communicative on all aspects of teh job and came in at his estimate. I am using him for another project very soon. The work is just simply great - the finish is exactly how I expected it to be and the tubes/weights are back to their former glory. I have no reservations recomending him to anyone.

Doug Smith at Cobourn and Sons is a great furniture refinisher. We have used them for about 15 years. They were referred to us by movers when we had a leg break on a hi-boy and they did a marvelous job fixing it. We have been loyal customers for a long time. I like the quality of their workmanship. They take forever, but it is worth the wait. I like their perfection. They pick up and deliver the furniture. I would give them an A+. Their prices are fair. The furniture is always done when they say it will be. It is a small family business and they are great. What I really like about them is they will look at a piece and say it is not worth the cost for them to refinish it. They are willing to turn away work if it is not worth their cost. They are really honest.

As they refinished, they were a ble to remove a slight red tint that I did not like and the new stain is subtle and beautiful. The finsh and repairs have lasted well and I could not be more pleased. They picked up and delivered on time, handled it with care and the price was very good.

They did a fantastic job. They were very professional.

He just did an outstanding job. The corners were coming loose and a man came out to fix them but it was more than just tightening a screw. He took them off site, tightened them and got them looking great, then brought them back. It worked out well; it was just in time for a dinner party. I had another project that he couldn’t do but he recommended a friend to do that one. I think he was super because he wasn’t just concerned about the problem at the time, but he also got me help for another issue.

We took the sofa to the shop. He estimated a week - though it took a couple of weeks since the owner got sick, but I called and asked for it before family came into town and they met that deadline. Great work - repair was less expensive than buying a new sofa. Worth the effort to get the sofa in and would use them again if needed.

Jeff evaluated several pieces of furniture for me and gave honest information on what pieces to spend the money on. They did a beautiful, high quality job as promised and I would recommend them.

It was marvelous. They brought back old stuff and made it look new. They were very contentious about getting it done correctly.

JOB TOOK WAY LONGER THAN ESTIMATED. ON THIRD OR FOURTH CALL I WAS TOLD THE REFINISHING HAD BEEN SCREWED UP AND HAD TO BE REDONE. MR. WILLIAMS, WHEN ASKED WHY THE REFINISHED PART DID NOT LOOK AS GOOD AS THE UNREFINISHED PART, RUDELY RESPONDED THAT HE COULD HAVE MADE IT LOOK THAT GOOD, BUT IT WOULD HAVE COST $1000. WISH HE'D GIVEN ME THAT OPTION, IF IT WAS TRUE, BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE AND PAID FOR.

BE VERY AWARE THAT HE RUNS BEHIND AND DOES NOT CONTACT YOU TO LET YOU KNOW THAT IT WILL TAKE LONGER THAN PLANNED. THEY SAY THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 20 YEARS, AND I AM SURE THEY DO BEAUTIFUL AND QUALITY WORK, BUT THIS MAN IS JUST NOT NICE.

THEY FOUND MATCHING WOOD AND ALTERED IT AND IT LOOKS GREAT. THIS WAS EXPENSIVE FURNITURE THAT COST $5,000 FOR THE WHOLE BEDROOM SET AND THEY HELPED US KEEP THE FURNITURE FOR OUR LARGER BEDROOM.

TWO CHAIRS WERE BROKEN, WHICH WERE REPAIRED AND TWO WERE RE-GLUED TO ADD STRENGTH SO THEY WOULD NOT BREAK.

THEY WERE SO ACCOMMODATING AND SEEMED EXTREMELY INTERESTED IN PLEASING ME AS THE CUSTOMER.

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB. THEY TOOK A LITTLE LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED, BUT I WAS IN NO HURRY. WE ARE TAKING ANOTHER PIECE OF FURNITURE THERE AS WELL.

THEY DID IT IN 30 MINUTES; I WAS EXPECTING IT TO TAKE DAYS. NOW I CAN HAVE MY ANTIQUE MONOPOLY GAME, BOARD and COMPLETE SET FRAMED. NOT THE EASIEST PLACE TO FIND, BUT WELL WORTH IT WHEN YOU DO.

I ENDED UP WITH A BEAUTIFUL PIECE OF FURNITURE. THEY ONLY CHARGED $40 TOTAL TO PICK UP AND DELIVER.

VERY WONDERFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF. WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH THE PERFECTION AND DETAIL TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS DONE TO OUR SATISFACTION. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

VERY TIMELY, CALLED ME TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE JOB. THEY WERE HELPFUL IN THR PROCESS...HAD ME COME IN TO VIEW STAIN COLOR, ETC.

THEY ARE EXCELLENT ALL THE WAY AROUND!

MEMBER WAS VERY IMPRESSED, SAID THEIR WORK WAS VERY GOOD and THAT THEY TRIED HARD TO ACCOMMODATE HER NEEDS RE: PICK-UP and DELIVERY. COST FOR CHAIR WAS @ $100 and FOR FUTON BASE WAS A LITTLE LESS, MEMBER THOUGHT THAT WAS AVERAGE.

THEY DID P/U and DELIVER, CAME WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD, VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR QUALITY OF WORK.

HAVE HAD TONS OF FURNITURE REFINISHED -- ALMOST EVERYTHING IN MY HOUSE. THEY PAINT TO MATCH MY INTERIORS. HE'S TAKEN STAINS OUT AND HAS ME COME OVER TO PICK OUT STAIN COLORS, PICKS UP AND DELIVERS. I'VE USED FOR YEARS. MOST RECENT: CHEST OF DRAWERS
