They mediated everything between me and my insurance agency so I didn't have to deal with it.

This company is a bunch of crooks. They tried to get ~$13,000 from my insurance company to completed a ~$6,000 roofing job. They are unprofessional and unknowledgable when informing the consumer of the process it takes to get monies from the insurance companies. On three separate occasions, they made appointments and did not keep them, leaving me waiting for them with no call to not keeping their appointment.
At the time my insurance company gave me $8,100 for my repairs ($6,700 for my roof and $1,400 for interior damage due to leaking roof), they requested the entire $8,100 to complete just the roof. They were aware of the fact that my insurance only gave me $6,700 for the roof and declined to complete just the roof portion for that amount.
The only option they gave me was to give them the entire amount of my claim ($8,100) so they can complete the roof, and leave me to fix all of my interior damage with out-of-pocket to hire someone else.
This is when I requested to have my deposit refunded and they took $2,686.17 while performing no work on home.
Their estimates are drastically over price for the soul purpose of creating a situation where the consumer is stuck giving them all of the proceeds while they are only liable to do some of the work.
