We couldn't be happier with our new closets.  So much better than wire racking (sturdy and easy to clean) & so the extra expense.  Bill was great!  His initial visit he spent a lot of time with us, understanding our needs & function of each space we needed shelving & offered plenty of ideas to maximize our space.  He also took into account my husband & my height differences when designing the master closet - I am petite & my husband is tall so he made sure that the length of hubby's dress shirts would fit without being wrinkled & the hanging bars for my clothes weren't too high for me to reach.  Our daughter's closet is oddly shaped, they accommodated our request to design the closet shelving & still have room for a cube book case/toy cubby.  In total, we ended up designing 2 large closets, pantry (love it!!!), linen closet (dimensions required custom cut shelves that you can not do with Closetmaid), & front entrance coat closet. The discounted pricing was reasonable & Bill was able to work with us to come up with creative solutions to work within our budget.  The installers were professional, courteous, on time and didn't leave a mess.  We haven't run into any issues with the product & it's comforting to know that the product has a lifetime warranty.  We highly recommend Closet Designs & More & actually look forward to working with them again to organize few more smaller spaces since designs allow for growth - adding shelves & drawers as needed.
