CLIMATE CONTROL OF CHARLOTTE

They did a good job. My lights work fine, as do the outlets. Actually, all the subs working on the screen porch did a great job. My contractor paid all the bills so I don't know about that. I just know we are happy with the porch.

I guess that the only complaint that I have with this company is that they would not give me a quote for the work. The company felt that this was not a big job and they would just charge for the labor and materials; a one shot deal. Which I understand but it turned out to be a little more than I had anticipated. Other than that they did a great job and I would have them come and do other work on my home.

THIS COMPANY WORKS PRIMARILY ON COMMERCIAL JOBS, BUT THEY DO PROVIDE SOME RESIDENTIAL WORK. AFTER CONTACTING ANOTHER HEATING & A/C COMPANY AND BEING INFORMED THAT IT WOULD BE A WEEK BEFORE WE COULD GET SERVICE, WE GOT A RECOMMENDATION TO CONTACT CLIMATE CONTROL. THEY RESPONDED THAT DAY. DURING THE SERVICE CALL, THE TECHNICIAN WAS ASKED TO QUOTE ON RELOCATION OF THE TWO DUCTS. HE RESPONDED LATER THAT DAY WITH AN ESTIMATE. THE TECHNICIAN CAME UP WITH A NOVEL WAY TO ENCLOSE THE AREA BEHIND THE CABINET KICK SPACES. HE BOXED THE OPEN AREAS UNDER THE CABINETS WITH SHEET METAL THUS DIRECTING THE AIR FLOW OUT THE KICK REGISTERS. ALTHOUGH WE HAD RECEIVED THREE OTHER QUOTES FROM HIGHLY RATED COMPANIES, WE WERE ABLE TO HAVE CLIMATE CONTROL OF CHARLOTTE DO THE JOB FOR LESS COST AND MUCH SOONER THAN OTHER COMPANIES WOULD TO SCHEDULE THE WORK.
