The same guy comes out every time. Same guy comes out, and I have his personal phone number. They are very personable. They are very friendly. They have a good deal. They do a good job. If I see any bugs out, they will come and spray for no charge at all.

I've used them for years. We're on a quarterly deal.

If we need them, they are very punctual; they come and take care of it. We pay them for each application.

Clegg's refused to renegotiate the annual contract despite being told another Angie's list top rated company offered better coverage at a lower price.  They also did not show up for several months during the middle of our contract.  We terminated Clegg's contract and switched providers, but they continued to dun us not only with a bill but with late fees.  They ignored our numerous requests to stop billing us until Angie's List got involved.  Thanks to Angie's list, the dunning stopped, but Clegg's still has not pick up their monitors.

They charge $76 every treatment.  If I had any ants or mouse problem, they will get the traps and it is also included in the price.  I have the same technician coming in for 5 years and I developed a relationship with the technician.  The company needs to have a strong tech coming out to do the work because if they have a bad tech then people will not be happy with the company.  He always calls me and always shows up when he is supposed to.

It took a few calls before we could get it scheduled but they finally spoke with the tenant to set up a time.  Our tenant told us that their one visit resolved her ant issue.
Like every Pest Control company in Charlotte they want everyone to be on an annual contract. Some flat out refuse to do a one time visit but Clegg's has always accommodated us whenever we've needed them.  They also guarantee their work and will make another visit if the first does not correct the problem.

Clegg's Termite & Pest Control LLC had a little trouble finding the culprit initially but they were able to come back to figure out what it was. Their price and quality were great. Their punctuality and professionalism were excellent. 

They do a good job, they're dependable. I haven't had any problems with termites, so they're obviously very effective. I don't have any dislikes.

Work done inside the garage and around the outside of the house was good.  However, they left my crawl space in a shambles, moving all my personal items away from the wall and replacing nothing.

They were thorough. They were honest and friendly. I would rate them highly. I would use them again in the future.

The pricing is pretty good.  The person who does the work is a nice guy.  They could use some work on their billing and scheduling services. This past bill took me three tries to get the bill paid.

We’ve been customers of theirs for years. We pay $79 every three months. If we have any issues during the period, they will come out for free. The technician is actually the highlight of the service. We are not as pleased with their corporate policy but the technician is such a good guy that we have decided to keep their service. Their rates seem to be inline with other services in the area. They have a very personable technician. We have thought about switching a couple of times. One time they raised their rates for a $2.50 monthly gas surcharge when the gas went up. When the gas prices came down they never took the surcharge away. We talked to them about that and that didn't get anywhere. They call a day ahead and I had to go through a long process to get them to give us a week or two notice because of our schedules. The service seems to work and they have a good technician that comes out. They hire good people. They will respond if we have issues and that has never been a problem. Their prices are inline with everybody else. We have decided to keep them unless something better comes along.

Came the same day as we called to review and give an estimate. Came the next day to apply the spray and drill in the foundation. The guys were excellent and could not have asked for a better experience!

They call us to let us know when they are coming and ask if we have any problems beyond the normal ones. We are never home when they come, they do the job and send us an invoice. If we have a problem and need a second visit they do not charge us extra. We are happy with them.

They recently switched employees and they do a much better job! They're great! I had to call them to come back out and they came out quickly and did a really good job! They are a family run business. I will continue to use them. The approximate cost listed is per quarter.

The roaches and silverfish have not been a problem since we started using Clegg's. We're just not pleased with the professionalism. Jim always calls the day before he plans to come over. He only spends 5-10 minutes gingerly spraying the baseboards, and then he leaves. Given that, his rate of $60 per visit seemed a little steep. He never asked if our pest problems changed over the course of the year. When we specifically asked him to do something about a new millipede problem, he seemed to brush it off, saying, "Let's see what happens." And then he didn't call back to find out what happened (the millipedes are still a problem, by the way).

The person who came to our house was polite and on time. He used the materials that he had to spray and bait for ants, but those materials failed to get rid of the ants. Unfortunately, he had to come out a second time within 30 days because the ants weren't gone. After more than 30 days, the ants still weren't gone. We purchased Taro ant-killer from a local hardware store for $5.00 and used it in our kitchen. The ants were gone within a week. Considering that we paid $125 for Clegg's to leave the job incomplete and paid $5.00 for our own remedy that worked, I would recommend that you buy a bottle of Taro for your ant problem before calling Clegg's.

A GOOD COMPANY, BUT THEIR RESPONSIVENESS IS *TERRIBLE*. WE FOUND ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS THAT THERE WAS NOBODY WHO COULD HELP US, AND THE PROMISED RETURN CALLS WERE NEVER MADE. THAT SAID, THE PRICE IS VERY FAIR AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB ONCE YOU CAN GET THEIR ATTENTION.

I THINK THE PRICE IS COSTLY, BUT I THINK IT COVERED A LOT OF AREAS, SO I'M GOOD WITH THE PRICE. I SIGNED A ONE YEAR CONTRACT BECAUSE I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH THE TECH THAT CAME OUT TO MY HOUSE, AND WHAT THEY HAVE/HAD TO OFFER.

THEY ALWAYS RESPOND QUICKLY IF WE NOTICE A PROBLEM, SUCH AS CARPENTER BEES NEAR THE FRONT DOOR. STEVE, THE GUY WHO SPRAYS IN AND AROUND OUR HOUSE, ALWAYS CALLS US A DAY OR TWO BEFORE TO ARRANGE A GOOD TIME FOR TREATMENT. HE'S ALSO CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT ARRIVING WHEN HE SAYS HE WILL.

WE ARE THRILLED WITH JIM HYDE AT CLEGGS. IN ALMOST TWO YEARS HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN ON TIME AND USUALLY A COUPLE OF MINUTES EARLY. HE CALLS THE NIGHT BEFORE TO CONFIRM AND IS JUST THE MOST PLEASANT MAN. WE'VE USED OTHER COMPANIES AND WERE DISAPPOINTED. ALSO CLEGG'S PRICING IS THE BEST AND THEY REALLY WORK!! IF YOU HAVE ANY ISSUES IN BETWEEN QUARTERLY SERVICE THEY COME BACK OUT FREE OF CHARGE! LOOK NO FURTHER, CLEGGS IS THE BEST AND BE SURE TO ASK FOR JIM, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

I PLAYED PHONE TAG A LOT WITH THE ACTUAL INSPECTOR BEFORE MAKING AN APPOINTMENT. I EXPLAINED TO HIM I WOULDNT BE HOME UNTIL 9 AM FROM WORK AND YET HE ARRIVED AT 8:25 AM AND THEN LEFT WHEN I WASNT THERE. HE DID RETURN LATER IN THE DAY HOWEVER. HYGEINE WAS ALSO A PROBLEM.
