The staff was friendly, and the pricing was fair. I did not like, however, that they don't contact you when your piece sells -- and if it didn't sell, they would donate it without asking you first. That seems lazy, to me, and it was annoying to have to email every month to find out if my piece sold rather than just knowing they would email me if it did sell or when it was about to be donated.
