After purchasing a home in order to turn around and sell it, I hired Clay in order to sell my home. He came originally to inspect the house, and we discovered some structural damage. Instead of leaving me to deal with it alone, he took charge and helped advise me on where to go to find repairs. He has been very positive and resourceful throughout experience and hands-on working with all the parties involved in order to help repair the structural damage. It has been a great experience to work with him to sell the home, including consistently following-up with me on the progress with the buyers and the structural engineers. It is hard for me to estimate the price, but he seems very reasonable within the industry.
