The service provider repaired a garbage disposal and replaced 2 toilet fixtures for me as well as repaired my sink.  He was great.

Noel and Marcus did an excellent job replacing my water heater.  Noel answered my call to him promptly and answered all my questions before any work was completed.  I bought my water heater and expansion tank at Lowe?s and then Noel went by and picked up the items and proceeded to come to my home and complete the job.  Both men were professional and competent.  The work area was left neat and clean as well as removing the old water heater.  I have more plumbing work that needs to be done on another day and I will certainly call Noel to complete that job.  I would recommend Clarke Services no matter how large or small the job.

Two gentlemen arrived on time and completed the job.  We have had no problem since the repair was completed.  They were professional, neat, and worked quickly.  I would call them again if needed.

I live in a 3,100 s.f. house built in the '90s.  We lost hot water...my original gas hot water heater was 25 years old and leaking, so I needed emergency service.  
Called Clarke Plumbing on a Saturday, and Noel Clarke showed up in less than 30 minutes.  I had lost hot water and water was coming into my garage. 
He explained clearly what was going on, showed me exactly the problem, gave me choices, and I confirmed.  I asked for recommendations on exactly what replacement I should get.  He shut it all off and I had no hot water Sunday, but no leak.  He installed a drainage hose.  After doing some research, I chose a 50-gallon unit that was well-guaranteed and purchased it locally. 
He promised to install it on Monday, when he came with his son who works with him.  They removed the old unit, connected the new one, made some adjustments to piping and took care of new NC required features, and I had better, cheaper, hotter water in hours.  Amazing.
I would highly recommend Clarke and his plumbing services.  Super-fast, incredibly honest, and dead reliable.  
I need toilet fixtures repaired next month and I'll call him.

Everything went perfectly. Joel repaired my leak from where the ceiling fell in without having to go upstairs to do any cutting. I am very happy with the services that I received.

Everything went great with the provider.  He was professional.  I like the quality of work and how quick he responded.  I called then he came in the next day then he made the repair and there was no problem.   

He is great.  I will tell other members about his quality of service and he is very experience, very knowledgeable and very customer oriented.

The work was done quickly and professionally.  More work was done than was originally specified up-front and yet the cost did not go over the estimate.  Mr. Clarke is very service-oriented and guarantees his work.  I will use him in the future.

It went great.  He is prompt and personable.  Quickly diagnosed the problems, had the tools to fix them and went to work to complete the jobs.  I'd highly recommend him.

I contacted Mr. Clarke one evening when a neighbor alerted me to a large puddle in my front yard near the road. We discovered our water meter was completely under water and there was about a 3ftx3ft wet area in the grass. Mr. Clarke said he could come out first thing the next day and he arrived promptly. He had to dig quite a bit to diagnose the problem but soon found that a root from an old tree had pushed against the pipe, putting enough pressure on it over the years to finally cause a leak to occur at one of the pipe connections. He immediately gave me an estimate, which I found very fair, and completed the job of replacing the pipe within the next hour. He was very professional and even patient enough to admire my four year old daughter's painted toenails when she insisted on going out to show him as he worked! I will definitely use Clarke Services again and highly recommend this company.

Mr. Clarke was wonderful! He stuck with my project even though it evolved into a multiple month event. He was responsive, prompt, skilled, and polite. He made MANY trips to my house and did little extras in my bathroom none of which seemed to be reflected in my bill.  I could not have been more pleased with his work!! I would enthusiastically recommend Clarke Services to my friends!

I would highly recommend Mr. Clarke. He was punctual, extremely professional and was able to provide an estimate ahead of time and stick to that price. He removed the existing shower faucet and valve and install a new one. Even after running into an unexpected issue with the depth of the new faucet, he was able to correct the issue and did not go over his original estimate.

Noel was very professional, competent and pleasant. He made sure that all the details were addressed. He also did not mind me asking a ton of questions, and watching him work. Highly recommended.

I called Mr. Clarke today and he answered right away. I wanted same day service and he was able to deliver. He arrived within the given time frame and installation was completed within 1.5 hours. He is very organized, polite and a bit of a perfectionist ;)

We are just especially please with his being fair.  We moved here from a rural area and have already been scammed by an unethical service person.  We are thankful for Mr. Clarke's hard work and very fair price.  Good to find someone with some integrity !

Mr. Clarke was very responsive to my email to discuss my needs and scheduling.  He repaired leaks on 2 toilets and replaced a pipe under my bathroom faucet.  He identified other problems with the sink that had been overlooked by previous plumbers and followed up with me after completion of his work to ensure that the trouble had been resolved.  I would recommend him again as he was professional and trustworthy.

He reinstalled a toilet that had been a DIY job.  We had the floors tiled and then we installed a new toilet ourselves. After install we continued to smell sewage.  So we called a plumber :) He had to install something to raise the flange, reseat it, level it and tighten up all the fittings. He also caulked around with clear silicone.
I called Mr. Clarke at 5pm he was here by 5:45 and gone by 6:30. He was courteous and professional. DId a great job at a good price.

I had a plumbing emergency with my toilet. A metal screw had rusted and was leaking water from the tank onto the floor. We emptied the tanked and mopped up the floor and called him. He was there within an hour. He fixed the toilet by changing the screws from metal to plastic and did the same for all the other toilets. He also fixed a toilet that was running constantly in the same trip. He turned up the temperature on my water heater. He paitiently explained to me how to adjust the temperature. He adjusted it to the normal, recommended temperature. He also inspected my water tank and let me know it was still good and not having any issues. He was just wonderful!

Noel did a great job installing our new sink and disposer.  Everything looks great and works perfectly.  You can tell he's the type of guy that takes pride in his work.
