OWNER DAVE INGRAM WILL ALWAYS STATE JOB IS COMPLETED OR WANT A PORTION (50 %) TO 'BUY SUPPLIES'. IN EITHER CASE, HE IS TOTALLY DISHONEST. JOB WAS NOT COMPLETED AND HE WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS.
