I am an out of town landlord. The AC in one of my rental properties broke during a period of extreme heat. When I phoned the company a helpful receptionist answered the phone an made all the necessary arrangements. She phoned my tenant and scheduled the repair for the same day and called me back to confirm the appointment. The repair person arrived promptly, phoned me for permission to complete the repair, and proceeded to correct the problem. I received a follow up phone call from the office to be sure that work was satisfactory. I will certainly use this company again.

Called Adam and he was at my house within an hour.  He is always great about fitting you in to his busy schedule and will do everything he can to make sure he comes the same day you call him.

City has been servicing my A/C system for about 3 years. The first time they came out they showed me all the crud that was in the coil outside. It had supposedly been cleaned 6 months prior by another company (Accent) and again 6 months before that. What Adam from City was hosing out of those coils was obviously build up from years of neglect so the companies I was using were ripping me off and not actually doing any maintenance.

Adam then checked out my air handler. The condensation drain was completely blocked so the condensation was backing up into the catch pan and draining out the overflow. Again, another company (Accent) had been out 6 months prior and 6 months before that. They told me it was normal for the water to drain in to the catch pan. Adam used a very stiff pipe cleaner and some chemical cleaner to clear the blockage. There hasn't been any water in the catch pan since.

My A/C has been working much better since City started taking care of it. I get some of City's magnets each time they come out so I can hand them out to anyone I know with AC trouble. Adam is honest and does great work at fair pricing. I wouldn't call anyone else. Summer used to scare me to death that may AC was going to die and that someone was going to try and squeeze me for $10k or so for a new unit, but now that I'm using City, I don't sweat it!

It was during summer. My AC stooped working. Adam came out soon after I called him. He assessed the situation and found that the blower stooped working. My cooling coils were covered in dust and wouldn't work correctly and my ductwork was very dirty from ongoing construction in my house. He went to SC to pick up the same brand blower and came back to install it. It had gotten late so he hooked it up so we had AC over night and came back the next day to replace the 2 intake ducts and clean the coils. Again, it was very hot weather and the AC unit was in the attic. He was very methodical and clean during his work and made sure everything was perfect afterwords. I am very impressed with how thorough and prepared he was.
