CHRIS MADE AN APPOINTMENT CONVENIENT FOR ME, CALLED 1/2 HOUR BEFORE HE CAME, ARRIVED ON TIME AND PREPARED WITH THE APPROPRIATE PARTS. I WAS GIVEN AN ESTIMATE WHEN I FIRST CONTACTED CHRIS. THAT WAS THE FINAL CHARGE. CHRIS ESTIMATED AN HOUR. THE INSTALLATION WAS FINISHED IN 45 MINUTES. HE IS CLEAN, WELL SPOKEN, RESPECTFUL. HIS WORK WAS NEAT AND HE LEFT NO TRASH OR DIRTY MATERIAL.
