I called them to find out when I could drop my fabrics off. They are very flexible. When I was there, we discuss the specifications for my pillow shams (dimensions, etc.). She gave me a time-frame for them to be completed. She said one and a half weeks, but I was pleasantly surprised to get a call a week later. My shams were ready! When I picked them up, they were just as I had requested. I can't wait for my next project to begin!
