CHM Engineering PLLC is here to help you with all the various residential projects that require an Engineering approval. From project design approval for additions or remodels to design/approval of repairs found necessary from real estate home inspections. We offer quality service with turn around times faster than many competitors and for an affordable price. CHM Engineering is comprised of business partners John Cagle and Collin Hogrefe. Together, John & Collin have a combined total of more than 16 years in aircraft structural analysis and 4 years of residential home structures analysis. John has his Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering. Collin has his Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering. Both John and Collin have their Professional Engineering (P.E.) licensure in various states including North and South Carolina and Ohio.
