Terry is wonderful. He genuinely enjoys his work and is a pleasure to deal with. His schedule is flexible, he comes when scheduled and is very reliable and trustworthy. I can't say enough nice things about him. This is not a big operation. When you call Chavous', you'll talk to Terry, and Terry will be the one doing the work. He takes his time and does it right. No surprises. Quality work the way it used to be.
