This move went HORRIBLY wrong and Dominic (owner) will not answer the phone so I can leverage the insurance he 'stated' he'd secured. The crew never returned the 3rd day to unpack. I'm slowly unpacking myself with my physical limitations, moving boxes stacked 5 high. They also left items at the move from address and I had to rent a truck to collect them, an additional $130 expense. The move was a three bedroom townhouse to a ranch style house. Furniture is badly damaged, random items are missing (drill, bag with valuables, etc, half set of plates broken along with many glasses ruining the sets. Food like bread found under heavy items. A TV (65 inch) was severely damaged with horizontal and vertical lines running through screen post move. Now as stated, he won't answer my calls. I'm a disabled 64 year old grandmother moving because my disease is physically dibilating and require me to live on 1 level. Dominic was aware of my situation yet still this is the service and follow up.

Dom and Jeff did a great job moving our crazy heavy treadmill. They took it apart to get it through the door and moved it in another room. They put it back together and made sure it was up and working for us. I would hire them again!

Horrible! Second move had huge problems!! Queen bed assembled incorrectly King bed not assembled screws lost Furniture in master bedroom not placed in proper spaces Furniture damage Dominick lost the screws to my king bed and he was supposed to check his van for them or buy new ones and come back within a couple of hours to assemble the bed. I reached out several times and I have no response to date. Today is Saturday 4/1 and my move was on Thursday 3/30. I still have no bed. I am going to have to reach out yo the manufacturer to find out what screws are needed and pay someone else to put it together and move the furniture which is too heavy for me to move myself. Dominick and his team were great to work with! This was a very last minute job that required flexibility and lots of strong arms! They moved a large kitchen and several slabs of granite and some appliances with no issues to complain about! Thanks gentlemen! We will be sure to use your services again in the future!

This company does amazing work. They were able to move a piano down a staircase with the utmost care, wrapped the piano up and made sure it arrived at the new location safely. They are well-prepared, friendly, and prompt with fair prices. I highly recommend this company for quality service, and I will be requesting their services for future moves!

A week prior to the actual move I was contacted and asked to pay an additional $1200 towards the move ( we had already put one half -$2450 down as a deposit) because the last moving client 'stiffed him of his money'. We refused to do so. The arrived in a rented U-Haul after implying that they owned their own equipment. Instead of the promised 'trained' employees who could assemble and dissemble our weight equipment he showed up with clearly indigent workers. They packed very poorly and randomly and were not able to fit everything into the truck. Items were left behind and other items put into the cab of the truck with promises that they would re-arrange items to make them fit (they never showed up in AZ). He them held our items for ransom and told us we would unload into a 'secure area' unless we paid him the extra $1200. We did so. They did deliver to AZ with missing items, and many, many damaged items. They did not re-assemble the equipment which was part of the original agreement. The company has been completely non-responsive. Not returning phone calls, and now our insurance claim has been denied. FRAUDULENT company.

Outstanding move! TD Trucking Logistics truly moves pianos all across the state, so anyone hiring them needs to have some flexibility in their schedule. Dominic provided workable scheduling options for us and used both Angie’s email and phone calls to ensure we were aware of progress. They arrived a few minutes early (which we appreciated) and had our piano wrapped in protective quilting and loaded on their truck quickly and carefully. They verified when they would reach our daughter’s home (because they had another piano pick up on the way) to ensure they would be met on the other end of the move. They were again, a few minutes early (but called ahead to let us know.). The piano unloading went smoothly. The piano (and bench) are now in their new home and we are completely satisfied!
