They were very professional and did a great job.  I had 5 inch gutters and they suggested 6 inch gutters instead which look a lot better on my house.  I very satisfied.

It all went very well. I called Jim on Monday, Tuesday he had a guy come give me an estimate and by Wednesday at noon the work was done. The crew was nice and did a great job installing the covers and replacing my damaged gutter. They explained why the gutters they replaced were holding water -- poor installation by builders -- and actually adjusted the alignment of my other gutters to optimized the water flow. I didn't even know I had misaligned gutters. All in all I am a satisfied customer.

Fabulous-received an estimate in one day-had Mr Gray come back and go over what we wanted- set up a date and was installed perfectly-- even added a gutter to a small over hang on the front door

I by far got a better product, I got more products for less money and they gave me a 6 gutters rather than a 5 gutters. Professional all the way and a pleasure to do business with.

After a week of not hearing anything, I called and was told that someone had in fact come out and looked at the damage. However, it appeared to this person that there was more than just gutter damage. The person who came out was apparently not qualified to estimate costs for anything other than gutter repair/replacement, so someone else would need to come out. The person I spoke with apologized for not contacting me and promised that they would be out again within a day or so. Another week or more went by - still no contact from the company. I called again. The person I spoke with apologized again and said they would be out within a day or two. It has now been at least another week and I haven't heard a thing. Extremely frustrating and very disappointing, since the reviews on this site were generally very good.

Called Jim a week ago or so, he had a crew out in a couple days to give me an estimate to add 3 downspouts to our house. Our builder is having financial issues and didn't finish the job. The crew was out a week or so later (had to order custom color and sized gutters) and completed the job in about an hour or so. They did a great job and would definitely use them again. I did ask Jim for a quote on the Leaf guard system for the house and never got it, but it probably just slipped his mind.

After I had carpentry work done to allow for guttering installation, this company installed commercial size guttering; this was recommended due to the slope of my roof and large amount of water coming off it when it rains (I agree that this was important). They did good work.

They were very professional and responsive, they did what they promised. They did quality work. I would recommend them and use them again. They were very friendly to work with.

They were fairly easy to deal with. Showed up when they said they would for both the estimate and return trip to do the work.

Within a couple days of telling them we were ready for the gutters, they scheduled an appointment to come out and install. The work was very well done, the gutters look really nice, the color matches well with our trim, and the installers worked quickly (right before a big rainstorm). Great experience.

The owner stopped by on his way to another job and left the quote. Price was comparable to others and they were recommended by my roofing contractor, in addition to their favorable rating on Angie's List. We scheduled the job for a Saturday. The three-man crew arrived and finished in less than 3 hours.

I already had the estimate for the work but could not schedule it until the siding contractor had finished. They came the day after I called and had the job done in a few hours. They did an excellent job. The final price was more than the original estimate because I added gutter caps to part of the house.

Mr. Gray answered the phone when I called for an estimate and came out later that same day to give us the estimate. Two days later we called back to schedule the work and his crew came on the day we requested the work to be done. Mr. Gray and his crew were very professional and did quality work. When work was completed the crew explained exactly what they did and said if any questions feel free to call. Extremely pleased with quality of work.

It went well from start to finish. My call was answered the first time I called. Three days later I had an estimate. Three workdays after the estimate the job was complete. The workmanship looks great. No mess at all.

I called Mr. Gray on Monday afternoon. He came to give an estimate on Tuesday morning. The work was completed by 11:00 on Wednesday morning! Obviously, he was quick to respond and we didn't have to wait at all, to get the work done. I found this company on Angie's List and my experience matches the many good reports I found there. Highly recommended!

The customer service was excellent. James and a crew member completed the estimate, left color samples, brought over additional samples later on, installed promptly, and came back to address two items that needed attention. They didn't have the shade of green I wanted, so they brought more samples to find a more complementary color. The gutters look great and are pitched appropriately. The company responded to my request to have three items done a little differently (left-right downspouts and to bring the gutter to the side of the building). The crew of 3 workers had the work done in less than 3 hours.

They returned my call quickly. The price was very, very reasonable. They did the work quickly and were very professional.

I called on Friday afternoon, Mr. Gray came out the next morning and by Saturday afternoon the gutters had been repaired. There was no high pressured sales pitch to buy gutters, products, etc. He said that all they needed were re-attached to the sides of the house. They did all the work and also cleaned them out for the price of $100. I am very satisfied with the work and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

I called them on Thursday, they came by left an estimate the same day. The work was performed on Saturday for the agreed price. The installer even changed some outside bulbs while he was up on a ladder. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again when replacing our gutters next year.

I was very pleased with the quality of the gutters, there were a few follow up details. James Grey was excellent, he had a crew come on Saturday to address my concerns, all addressed in excellent prompt fashion.

I called Saturday morning for an estimate. The contractor came that afternoon. By Tuesday, we had new gutters on the house. Very neat installation and the gutters look great. I would definitely use them again and recommend this company to friends.

Good experience. One gutter has required adjustment since installation, but they arrived the morning after I called and took care of it.
