Charlotte Roof Cleaning uses a non-pressure roof cleaning process to safely remove unsightly staining from your roof. We do not use high pressure from a pressure washer to clean your roof as this can damage your roofs shingles. We only use roof cleaning chemicals recommended by the Asphalt Roofing Manufactures Association. Our roof cleaning process will improve the look of your home and help to extend the life of your roof, thus saving you thousands on the cost of replacing your roof. Our non-pressure roof cleaning system can also be used to clean your homes exterior siding, without the harmful effects of a pressure washer. We gently spray your siding with our specially formulated cleaning solution and just watch the stains disappear. Charlotte Roof Cleaning also offers gutter maintenance. We can clean and flush your gutter system to assure all leaves and debris are removed and water is properly draining. My 12 year old roof was showing mold on the North and West sides. Mark responded the same day and scheduled my appointment. Came out and treated the areas. Had black mold on many areas of my roof the faced north & west. The house is a three story house with a many angled roof. Mark and his son did a great job cleaning the roof and cleaning up after themselves. The 12 year roof looks nice and new. They didn't use any power washing equipment.

I can't say enough good things about Mark. Trustworthy professional, explained every step of the roof cleaning process, had detailed communication, a great quote / price, and did an amazing job. Our roof looks as good as a new roof and all the spores, algae, and spots that made the roof look old are gone. His soft wash treatment protects your roof. I called Mark for an estimate and he said he would be able to do it within 2-3 days. He called me back later that day and said he had some time open up in his schedule, and he could be at my house within the hour. He arrived about 35 mins later to measure my roof. He provided me with what I thought was a fair estimate, and said he would email me the official estimate by the end of the day. I received the estimate a few hours later. He even called the next day to confirm that I received his email. He performed the work a day later. I'm new to the Charlotte area, and Mark is one of the only service providers that I have worked with that was punctual, overcommunicated, and acted like he wanted my business. I would definitely recommend Mark and Charlotte Roof Cleaning.

I did some research and found Charlotte Roof Cleaning. I called and the proprietor, Mark Sprouse, came out the next day. He explained how his cleaning process works and provided an extremely reasonable price for the roof stain. I also learned that he could do other exterior house cleaning, so I also asked for a price for cleaning the face of my gutters and the soffit area and again, it was most reasonable. I agreed to the price and work, and as soon as temperatures warmed a bit, he returned for the work. The results were amazing! I was very pleased and would whole-heartedly recommend him to anyone with exterior stains on their roof or house.

The company was prompt in responding to my calls and giving an estimate. I was given a copy of their insurance and a technical bulletin explaining the process and chemicals to be used. They arrived 30 minutes late due to construction on the roadway; they did call me and warn me they would be late. The process they use is non-pressure, which is better for the surfaces cleaned. When they arrived, they immediately set up protection for my plants. They captured the chemicals coming off of the shingles, bagged them, and hauled it off for proper disposal. The price seemed very fair, Very pleasant and professional.

Mark did a great job. Our roof looks much better. Be doesn't powerwash the roof. Instead they use a weak chemical solution that is basically gently hosed on to the shingles. Streaks and stains were gone quickly. I was a bit worried about landscaping around house but they were careful with them. Mark came out over a month ago and our plants are doing great. He also powerwashed our vinyl siding. All looks great. Nice guy as well. Highly recommended.

Mark and his son did a great job cleaning our roof. Mark charges on a square foot basis so he only charged for the area cleaned
